These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A3S Client Portal ("Service") operated by A3S ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The A3S Client Portal is an accessibility compliance management platform that provides:

• Project management for accessibility audits and remediation
• Issue tracking and WCAG compliance monitoring
• Team collaboration and access management
• Document remediation services
• Evidence and compliance documentation management
• Accessibility reports and analytics

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by A3S and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or files
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A3S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
